Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson North America is looking for its newest People Operations Lead to design and execute on HR processes that deliver operational expertise. You will provide support to the People Business Partner team for our designated regions across North America. This team provides standards for HR practices and supports initiatives, projects and programs from the Centers of Excellences (CoE). This role reports to the Head of People Operations North America.
**This is a remote-flexible opportunity across North America. While our offices are open for hybrid work ability, this individual can reside anywhere in the US so long as they are able to primarily work in EST or CST time zones.**
What you'll do:
Collaborate | Work closely with the program team to collaborate on the best technical and functional solution for Workday HCM design and integrations with Payroll and ATS. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and other HR functions to ensure the HCM processes and integrations are working as expected. Partner with IT to ensure the network access integrations with Workday is working as expected and compliant. Manage People Operations Associates.
Lead | Provide Workday functional expertise for HCM, Time, and Absence to the HR team and the Workday FINS and PSA teams. Provide general expertise with business process workflows, employee data, systems integrations. Manage HCM security role assignments, submit requests for new security access or changes. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and operations.
Own | Identify design/integration issues or opportunities for enhancement, and work with the Uhub shared service team to document the issue, test solutions and implement changes. Manage documentation of Workday, ADP, Greenhouse process maps and standard operating procedures, to include offline processes that need to be maintained.

What you'll need:
- 7+ yrs experience in Human Resources Operations and/or HRIS. Workday experience is strongly preferred.
- 3+ yrs experience with systems integration, preferably Workday integrations
- Confidence and ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
- A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Exceptional diligence, resourcefulness, and strong attention to detail
- Analytical approach to problem solving, operational mindset
- Strong focus on service delivery and customer service excellence
- Able to build relationships across functions and key stakeholders across various teams
