As Growth Director, you will be responsible for research, initiation, generation, and intake of new business opportunities. The scope stretches from growth strategy formulation, lead generation, prospecting, and first contact with leads, turning them into opportunities, participation in pitches, and transition to the business teams. You will direct reports of CEO Bronislav Kvasnička, and your close peers will be Strategy & CX Director, Chief Technology Officer, Executive Creative Director, and our Corporate Marketing Team. Together with leaders, you define the growth strategy (target market, industries, geographies, capabilities, products, etc.) which can be implemented. This role is without direct repots. 

What you’ll do: 

  • You will be responsible for market research and the potential identification of business opportunities. 
  • Together with the Corporate marketing department, plan and execute B2B marketing activities such as social media campaigns, events, mailings, or similar to generate new leads and pitch invitations.
  • With our expert leads, you will participate in conferences, identify potential conferences to generate new information, and perform the first contact/conversation with leaders and potential.
  • You will perform personal/online meetings, capability presentations, and conversations with leads.
  • You will build relationships with leads and potentials, maintain appropriate communication with them, and manage the relationship. 
  • You will be responsible for updating and managing all contacts and opportunities in CRM.
  • You will be leading the elaboration of the offerings of WT capabilities to individual requests or challenges arising from leads. 
  • You will lead the pitch team during the entire pitch process, coordinate the deck preparations, participate in the chemistry and tissue meetings and offer presentations, and lead the internal meetings.
  • Together with the client teams, you will plan and organize the transition of the won opportunity to business as usual (BAU). You will provide the necessary support for a seamless transition to BAU.

What you'll need?

  • 5 + years of experience in sales in a digital/creative / marketing business
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through success in pitching, selling, and responding to RFPs in a consultative B2B sales process
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Experience of identifying market and services opportunities and building a realistic plan to unlock this revenue
  • Ability to take unqualified leads and work with prospect customers to understand their requirements and demonstrate that various services and products meet their needs
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset; an excellent team player able to work closely with technical sales and business development colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities under tight time constraints in an effective manner
  • Industry experience across EITHER Consultancy, Digital, Change Management or Enterprise Software  
  • An interest in the digital world, particularly an appreciation of digital marketing and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in short timescales 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Czech language
