What will you be doing?

We are looking for Influencer marketers at various levels to join our growing team! We are seeking people who are eager to learn more about thinking and executing strategically in the influencer marketing space. These account management positions will be tasked with ensuring our team hits scope efficiently while acting as our client’s day-to-day contact. Our perfect candidates are people that thrive in a fast-paced environment, natural leaders, and excited to start building teams and growing our clients’ businesses.


  • Influencer Discovery
    • Develop and oversee the development of detailed list pull briefs that outline key messaging, brand aesthetic, campaign goals, influencer strategy (demos, categories, tiers, criteria), etc.
    • Review and vet outreach lists weekly to ensure recommendations meet agency standards and approved influencer strategy.
    • Lead the development of paid plans - i.e. sourcing the right partners and estimate rates.
  • Influencer Outreach
    • Create first round pitch templates that introduce the brand and outline the collaboration.
    • Create first round briefs that cover key messaging points, verbal and visual considerations and do’s/don’ts that will guide the content creation process for all influencer partnerships.
    • Lead the charge with paid partnership outreach and day-to-day collab negotiations inclusive of contract redlines.
    • Oversees Manager in influencer conversation management
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Oversee the development of weekly post highlights and monthly reporting.
    • This role will also own the monthly analysis portion of the recap - i.e. deriving insights, key learnings and recommendations.
  • Client Management
    • Lead weekly status calls including the review of post highlights and monthly recaps.
    • Review and send recap & next step emails with senior management and clients.
    • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our clients and responsible for over-communication with the inclusive of campaign updates, inbound requests, and sharing of best practices in order to build strong client relationships
  • Team Management
    • Provide clear direction and guidance on tasks to Managers/Coordinators.
    • Responsible for daily check-ins with the team to ensure deliverables are being met.
    • Responsible for the mentorship and growth of your junior team members
  • General
    • Responsible for hitting scope - i.e. ensuring the right steps are being taken by the team to hit post goals while elevating roadblocks or challenges to senior management.
    • Assist on new business and any special projects for additional clients if needed.
    • Research and share with a POV industry trends to ensure we’re staying ahead of the curve.

  • Fluency in Google Drive and corresponding platforms
  • Excellent self & team-management skills and willingness to dive head first into tasks
  • Should have a strong understanding of and in working on paid partnerships
  • Must have experience in Marketing, Social Media, Partnerships, Influencer and/or related fields
  • Must have experience managing employees and working on multiple accounts at one time
