As an Operations Support Engineer you will support Content Management System end-users with the use of the main content creation application as well as with various integrated 3rd party solutions. Besides and in addition you will perform infrastructure monitoring and recovery tasks, configuration consultancy for customers' IT teams, as well as reporting and customer training.
What you'll get to do:
- Provide outstanding support service for Content Management System key users in the use of the CMS system and achieving their business goals
- Deliver high quality remote product training and specialized services to customers
- Support IT professionals by setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting customer applications and backend / support services
- Gain experience with CMS systems – content creation and system administration - Adobe Experience Manager and Sitecore, as well as other supported digital experience applications
- Introduce biz-tech improvements and share newly acquired knowledge within team
- Investigate and solve incidents and potential threats on the application and infrastructure level
- Monitor multi-technology computing platforms, interfaces and servers (Zabbix, NewRelic, Grafana)
- Work in a multi-system (Linux, Windows) and multi-cloud (AWS, AZURE, GCP) environment
- Work as an integral part of an open-minded team collaborating with internal projects and developer teams
What you should have:
- Technological mindset, technical background knowledge and willingness to learn - we like to share our knowledge and will gladly support your development
- Very good interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people as well as finding personal satisfaction in providing support
- Experience in customer service and application troubleshooting and additionally on Linux based architecture.
- The ability to think outside of the box to find the best available solutions to technical issues
- Understanding of basic DevOps principles & tools (GIT, Jenkins, basic CI/CD understanding) and Cloud solutions
- Fluent English (min. B2)
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior customer service desk and customer support experience
- Read and follow advanced technical manuals
- Experience with at least one of the following scripting languages: Python/Powershell/Bash
- Previous experience with ITIL framework & Agile methodologies
- Prior experience with software systems and/or testing web applications (programming skills are not required)
- Previous experience in monitoring, chart analysis and reporting

- Salary depending on presented skills: 6000 - 8000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment).
