What you'll get to do:
- Lead the implementation and technical delivery of AEM-based platforms for some of the biggest brands like Ford, Unilever, Coca-Cola. You will have a real and direct impact on the shape of the solution
- Work together with your engineering team to find the best solutions to solve technical and business problems
- Support team members in implementing tasks and take part in code reviews. You will code mostly through the hands of your team members and spend a part of your time (20-30%) on your own coding
- Make sure your team delivers high quality code along with test and deployment automation
- Estimate and plan the work together with owners and project team
- Help team members prioritize tasks
- Communicate with business and technical owners to discuss proposed solutions and plans. Meetings with clients will take about 5-10% of your time
- Work with other technical leads in the company to share knowledge between projects
What you should have:
- Broad knowledge of AEM, both from front-end and back-end perspective: Apache Sling, component development, theme concepts, deployment options
- Good understanding of content management systems and technical aspects of integrating them with external systems
- Broad knowledge and understanding of web-related technologies and web platform implementation
- Experience in delivering software from requirements gathering to production deployments
- Experience in team management of at least 5 members
- Openness to be a mentor for team members
- Communication skill – you can convert aspects between tech and business.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to identify and communicate technical risks
Bonus Points if you have:
- Good understanding and knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service
- Good understanding of cloud-native solutions with AWS or Azure
- Experience with other content management systems like Contentful, Magnolia

- Salary depending on presented skills: 20000-28000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment) or 22000-30000 PLN (B2B). Choose the employment type that works best for you
