Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Strategy Intern to support the work of our Chief Executive Officer across various initiatives across all areas of the business.

This role offers a rare opportunity to:

  • Observe the priorities, business practices and decision-making of the organisation’s chief executive.
  • Develop knowledge of the network and its companies’ global capabilities, clients and activities.
  • Build relationships with senior executives within the network.

What you will be doing:

No day is the same. You need to work alongside and move at the same pace as the CEO and be on hand to jump into anything at the very last minute. However, below are some of the core areas that you will be expected to deliver on:

  • Working with the CEO to develop and implement the business plan.
  • Supporting the CEO with any ad-hoc day-to-day projects or initiatives.
  • Preparing presentations for the CEO for any meetings with clients or prospects.
  • Draft communications for the CEO to clients, prospects and internal staff.
  • Provide support to the strategy team to maximize research capabilities.

What you'll need:

  • Master in Management, or similar;
  • Excellent communication skills a must (written and verbal). Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required;
  • Proactivity: an ability to go beyond the brief;
  • Disciplined and organised: able to juggle priorities and multi-task. To work, unflustered, to tight deadlines and unforeseen requirements;
  • Confidentiality and diplomacy: given the sensitivity of disclosed materials and conversations, these are mandatory skills.
  • Delegation: effective delegation to individuals across the network, acknowledging that these people have to balance HQ requests with their own full-time jobs.
  • General presentation skills.
  • Be eligible for an IEFP Internship
