Wunderman Thompson’s Technical Architect will be part of the development team that works on different type of projects. You will be participating in the discovery and definition activities, responsible for planning and documenting the architecture that best fits the business requirements and also supporting the developers in the implementation phases.

What you will do:

  • Analyze requirements, document and present possible technical solutions to the team
  • Research implementation options, 3rd party services, analyze risks
  • Create proof of concepts (data processing, API, infrastructure setups), validating ideas, make technical decisions
  • Write technical documentation, support discovery and definition phases
  • Support developers during the implementation
  • Monitor and analyze performance, results of the decision and create plans for improvements, if needed
  • Plan and execute research processes to help decision making 

What you need to have:

  • Architect mindset and experience (2-3 years at least)
  • Programming experience and past (4-5 years at least)
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of several programming language 
  • Being open, curious and motivated to keep learning
  • Understanding business requirements, translating client requirements into technical plans
  • Ability to write well structured documentation for developers and extracting relevant information to stakeholders
  • Experience with documentation, agile tools (Miro, Confluence) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
