Who we are looking for:
We are hiring for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join one of our largest accounts in the tech industry (Microsoft). You will be leading and overseeing a portfolio of Social Media Accounts for the client. You will be the primary point of contact for the client on selected social media account(s) and be accountable for the management of the account(s). We are looking for someone who is a native/fluent Dutch speaker and interested in hybrid working. This regards a temporary contract until the first of July.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing selected client’s social channels in the Netherlands
- Leading the client relationship on a local level
- Social reporting of managed channels on a monthly basis
- Moderating content on owned media properties
- Liaising with internal client departments to frame responses as and when required
- Identify key tactical moments for our clients locally and have the ability to swiftly put them into action with the creative team
- Minute by minute participation in conversations that surround our client’s brand, products and services – identified by active listening, social monitoring and ongoing research
- Flagging detractor/content threats and opportunities to the team that are uncovered through direct interaction with consumers
- Inputting into the content strategies and owned property strategies, owning and evolving conversation, developing content calendars and production schedules
- Able to interpret social media metrics data and in turn, communicate and implement relevant insights and learnings to creative teams and the international community management team
- Have the ability to work very closely with the Western Europe Social Media performance team, to ensure all comms are developed, deployed and measured in line with best practices
- Working with community managers and creative team members directly & indirectly in other countries
What you'll need:
- Experience in digital PR/blogger outreach/content seeding/buzz generation is a plus
- Agency experience, not required but nice if you have it
- Natural understanding of the Dutch market
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environment
- 2-3 yrs of relevant experience
Who you are:
- Native/Fluent Dutch Speaker, fluent in English, with a strong command of the language
- An active participant in the blogosphere, with demonstrable engagement in blogging, microblogging, forums, and other key online engagement activities
- Enthusiastic, solution focused can-doer attitude
