Key Responsibilities: 

Are you an expert in building relationships and advising our customers on their digital strategy, objectives, and technology needs? You may just be our next new Sr. Account Director 

What you will do: 

  • Discuss the strategy and objectives with our well renowned clients.
  • Become an important part of bringing WT’s Commerce and CXM proposition to your accounts. 
  • Work together with the existing internal customer teams in the field of commerce, customer experience and strategy to deliver value to customers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process to facilitate annual growth.

Who you are: 

  • Account Keeping | You are an expert in building and expanding the relationship with your customers  
  • Tech Minded | Able to work with our cloud-based products and continuously create effective cross-channel solutions
  • Communication | Knowledgeable enough to positively influence stakeholders and engage customers at C-level 
  • Visionary |You think in terms of opportunities and innovative solutions 

What you’ll need: 

  • At least a bachelor’s degree and a range of 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in an account management role
  • Experience in commerce, CRM or software/tech agency industry, online marketing or digital media
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Residents and eligible to work in The Netherlands.
