What you'll get to do: 

  • Create, maintain, modify, and share reports and dashboards using BI tools (currently Power BI)  
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes, systems, data management, reporting with new technology solutions 
  • Use your skills and knowledge to take part in additional projects (e.g. building new reporting tools, work-flow improvements) 
  • Provide input to maintain and quality assure master data 
  • Communicate with Finance and other business areas to gather requirements 
  • Cooperate with business units to understand the challenges they’re facing
  • Prepare analysis and financial reports for management purposes
  • Deliver relevant KPI's analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor forecast variances and providing variance explanations
  • Support planning cycles, month-end closing activities and audit requests 

What you should have: 

  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in controlling/finance/analysis 
  • Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Math, or another related field 
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Very good English (level: B2 or higher)
  • High proficiency in MS Office, excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proactiveness, a team player attitude, continuous improvement mindset  

 Bonus Points if you have:  

  • Knowledge of DAX language  
  • The ability of data gathering, modelling, and validating

  • Salary depending on presented skills: 8 000 – 12 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)or 9 000 – 13 000 PLN (B2B). Choose the employment type that works best for you
