What you'll get to do:
- Be part of platforms development and delivery based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): implementing new features and automated tests (70%), system configuration and maintenance (15%), bug-fixing (10%), solution design (5%). This role is for backend AEM developer, not for frontend. We do not expect you to write CSS styles.
- Work in diverse, interdisciplinary, agile team (~ 10 people) in projects lasting from 3 to 12 months for global brands such as Coca-Cola, Ford, EY, Unilever, and Colgate-Palmolive
- Take part in technical decision making, consult on technical solutions and shape projects at every stage
- Use modern tools and approaches to deliver software efficiently
- Automate build process and provisioning of environments (IaC, CI/CD pipelines)
- Do production deployments along with monitoring of performance and security
- Take part in internal initiatives that combine business and technology (open-source projects, hackathons, R&D)
- Learn to deliver projects from definition, through build and testing, up to shipping to production
What you should have:
- At least 5 years of professional development experience in Java (or TypeScript)
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, including components, templates (policies), OSGi, Apache Sling, DAM, Dispatcher
- Experience in developing AEM-based solutions.
- Understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service and deployments with Cloud Manager
- Very good understanding of web development
- Independence in coding and problem solving
- Analytical thinking
- Proactiveness, team player attitude, continuous improvement mindset
- Openness to new technologies and approaches
- Good English skills (min. B2)
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with other content management systems like Contentful, Magnolia
- Experience with cloud providers: AWS, Azure
- Knowledge of Kubernetes

- Salary depending on presented skills: 17 000 - 23 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment) or 18 000 - 25 000 PLN (B2B). Choose the employment type that works best for you
