Deine Rolle bei Wunderman Thompson:

  • Du bist an der Seite unserer Mitarbeiter*innen während des gesamten Employee Lifecycles vom Onboarding, über die Personalentwicklung bis zum Offboarding
  • Du stehst unseren Teamleads mit Rat und Tat in Personalfragen zur Seite
  • Du setzt Impulse, um unsere Unternehmenskultur weiter mit zu gestalten und zu prägen
  • Du bringst Deine Ideen in die Personalentwicklung mit ein und bist ein aktiver Treiber in der Koordination und nachhaltigen Optimierung unserer Personalentwicklungsgespräche
  • Du hast Lust, unser Personalmarketing mitzugestalten und gemeinsam mit unserem Team Wunderman Thompson als attraktiven Arbeitgeber im Markt zu platzieren
  • Du leistest wertvollen Support bei der Neugestaltung und Optimierung der gesamten HR-Prozesse
  • Du schnappst Dir gern Aufgaben jenseits der Job Description
  • Du bist erster Sparringpartner für den lokalen, externen Abrechnungsdienstleister

 

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Deine offene und verbindliche Persönlichkeit steht für uns allererster Stelle
  • Du bringst ca. 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Medienbranche mit
  • Du bist absolut sattelfest wenn es um klassische Personalarbeit geht und hast ebenso ein gutes personalrechtliches Verständnis
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten treiben Dich an
  • Du hast den Überblick dank Deiner proaktiven, strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Neue Wege zu gehen begeistert Dich
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und MS Office beherrscht Du sicher
