Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is looking for a Production Lead with Design background, responsible for all the functions of a project leader.

What you’ll do:

Supervise all the projects, ensuring compliance with the deadlines, SOW, quality, and excellent client service.
Guide the team and the daily activities of it
Be the POC of the client. Understand client necessities and expectations, establish times and priorities
Trace assigned projects and supervise SLAs
Advice on the project management and propose improvements
Make sure that project goals are being accomplished
Help the business team to improve resources allocation and deliveries

What you'll need:

Client Facing, soft skills, operation knowledge, organized, project ownership, analytical & strategic skills, teamwork, diplomacy, communication.
Background in design
HTML knowledge is a must
Hands-on, being involved on the team´s tasks
4 to 6 years of experience in similar role
English advanced – fluent speaker
Bachelor on any business career, communication, advertising, designer, business
