Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking candidate with a passion for writing to lead our copywriting team on a full-time basis. As a hands-on leader, will guide and coach the team to ensure every asset reflects the brand and the requested goal.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent grasp of grammar, strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy work environment. The candidate will also work closely with the design leads to achieve and ensure desired results, and have experience on client and team management.
What you’ll do:
- Lead | Guide and lead the copywriting team with a hands-on attitude.
- Process | Proficiently write in diverse copy styles across a range of assignments. Concept and collaborate on campaign ideas and social tactics with a creative team while working on multiple projects. Mange and prioritize projects within timelines for project milestones.
- Work | Craft concepts and execute copy based on established voice and tone for myriad digital platforms.
- People | Partner with the creative leads to concept, write, present, and defend work while addressing client needs. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the agency to ensure timely deliverables.

What you’ll need:
- Bilingual or native English speaker
- 3+ years of experience in a creative agency with leading and client-facing experience
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be highly motivated and well organized.
- Have a good eye for detail.
