Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead, with a background in data, strategic analysis, and leadership. To be successful in this role, you must be able to thrive in a creative environment where passion, client service and teamwork are a must. We work with both national and international clients in a wide array of industries. We provide keen insights based on data analysis that help them improve their business. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Workflow | Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects. Ensure timely completion through all phases. Create custom measurement plans based on client goals to measure digital performance.
  • People | Motivate, lead, and challenge teams to produce great work. You will help to manage cross-functional teams across different locations that are collaborative, efficient, and high-functioning.
  • Optimize | be responsible for optimizing tasks and processes, driving process improvement and minimize project duration and efforts.
  • Analyze | Extract significant information from a variety of data sources to generate strategic presentations for the client.

What you'll need:

  • 6+ years’ of experience in media buying & data analytics.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and comfortable with leading teams and client meetings.
  • Ability to directly guide clients on digital measurement approach and translate brand needs to support objectives
  • Capable of working closely with the Strategy team to synthesize all data that supports a bigger picture
  • Plan, execute and optimize media campaigns in close conjunction with Social, Client Servicing and Creative teams
  • Lead digital analytics efforts and improvements

Key verticals: Tech, Real Estate, Cosmetics, Home interior, Insurance, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals.

 

Must Haves: 

Reporting: Use Google Looker Studio along with API connectors to automate reports, data collection and build custom dashboards focused on a campaign/brand that help speed up analysis along with required actions to be taken. Experience in CDPs and analytics’ software, pixels & cookies is a must.

Website Analytics: Advanced experience with UA & GA4 is necessary. Use custom analyses to develop insights on user behavior and conversion optimization. In addition to this, frame business requirements and closely with technical contacts to send custom dimensions/metrics that support business needs.

Ad platforms: Experience with researching, building, and scaling large campaigns across Google Ads and the social business managers. 3+ years of experience in Media planning, strategizing, executing, optimizing reporting is a must. Experience in Paid Search, Display Ads, social campaigns between upper, mid, and lower funnel objectives, depending on the need Support campaign effectiveness by conducting Brand Lift Studies on ad platforms, wherever possible.

E-commerce Analytics: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce clients within the scope of analytics. Support e-commerce reporting, e-commerce optimization, offer planning (in conjunction with the brand) and estimated lift along with a continuous focus on actual business performance compared to forecasts.

Social listening: 1+ year of experience in social listening, strong experience with building complex Boolean queries and extracting brand/industry insights from an enterprise level social listening platform such as Sprinklr OR NetBase OR BrandWatch OR Synthesio

CRM Management: 1+ year of experience in CRM Management, CRM development & optimization with extensive knowledge in Data visualizing, mapping, segmentation models, audience profiling, heatmaps etc.

Tools knowledge, including but not limited to: Netbase, Sprinklr, Hotjar, Hypeauditor, GA4, GTM, Business Managers, Unmetric, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio etc.
