Who we're looking for:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join and support our small, but growing, London based Consulting team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring all regular EMEA and Team Meetings are diarised and managed in accordance with the annual and monthly WTC meeting cadence requirement
  • Taking detailed minutes/actions for core meetings
  • Building strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and helping to navigate the internal matrix to get work done
  • Supporting with required documents either in Powerpoint (for internal & external meetings), Word or Excel such as business development proposals & client presentations
  • Handling of highly confidential people information
  • Booking and coordination of travel and accommodation and organise all expenses or any other related activity
  • Arranging and managing internal and external workshops and events
  • Supporting with the onboarding process for new joiners
  • Monitoring and inputting project information into Salesforce
  • Office Manager Support, liaising with Facilities to ensure all the relevant forms and clearances are approved
  • Supporting in new employee onboarding processes
  • Ad hoc requests such as document review and copywriting support for key deliverables

What you'll need:

  • An individual of high integrity and the highest professional standards
  • Ability to operate in highly matrixed and agile global business
  • A radical collaborator who will always do their very best to find a solution
  • Have the professionalism to interface with Senior Management and to deliver to a very high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, resourceful and driven to help others and find solutions and present them
  • Ability to keep calm in the face of multiple requests and conflicting requests
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Marketing, Consulting, Media or Creative background advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to extend beyond the role and support with business development activities
  • Expert user of MS Office and comfortable using other IT packages
  • The ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • An individual with strong values, ethics and morals that align to our WTC culture
  • The ability to speak Spanish would be beneficial but not essential
