As an Event Marketing Coordinator for Microsoft Virtual Training Days, you will be part of one of the most successful marketing engines for Microsoft globally. These online training days for IT business professionals are highly scalable and have a big impact on acquiring new marketing leads. 

In this hands-on role you’ll not only become an expert on setting up these online training days from a technical point of view, you will also be responsible for ensuring the best customer learning experience during the training. The team spans across all of Western Europe so you will get to work with colleagues from Portugal as well as other Wunderman Thompson offices. As a result, fluent English and strong interpersonal skills are a must.

This is an operational role involving stakeholder management, so we are looking for candidates with at least 3+ years’ professional experience.

Please note that this Job is based in Lisbon!

On a daily basis you will:

  • Be responsible for technical set up in Dynamics365
  • Manage or act as a virtual event host during the training days itself
  • Publish events on Microsoft owned webpages
  • Support other promotional channels
  • Join global meetings to stay informed on program updates and changes
  • Work closely with different teams and stakeholders 

To be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years’ professional experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Highly organised and with an eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
