What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner to provide critical partnership to the Chief People Officer, our Department Heads and Leadership team and execute on people strategies that accelerate business objectives and enable our growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional with generalist experience that covers the whole of the employee lifecycle.
You'll be;
- Managing stakeholders and developing good work relationships across the organisation
- Working with our leaders to proactively identify organisational needs, evaluate options, develop and drive needed change initiatives
- Building and executing processes that drive a high performance and growth culture focused on career development
- Helping to build a competitive organisation to win clients and acquire and retain the best talent
- Working closely with our leadership team to help line managers deal with organisational, people and change related issues
- Providing the day-to-day performance management guidance through coaching and mentoring
- Collaborating across various internal stakeholder groups within and outside the HR team (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Finance) to drive a seamless people strategy around the employee lifecycle
- Using people metrics to drive key insights and decisions for talent growth and retention
- Acting as an employment law expert and take ownership of employee relations cases and other areas where HR expertise is required such as redundancies and TUPE matters, to minimise risk to the business.
- Ensuring that current employment law and HR best practice is embedded into all policies and business processes.
- Continuously improving processes and ways of working using data analysis, maintaining people dashboards and reporting
- Providing guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
- Proactively build external networks, within and outside of the creative sector, to build your professional and market knowledge and to bring insight and ideas back to the agency
- Helping build and maintain a strong organsational culture, as well as continuously improving the employee experience
- Implementing HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
- You'll have sole ownership or some HR projects and / or responsible for the project management of HR work streams associated with business initiatives
- Managing visa sponsorship and inter-company employee transfers, including supporting immigration requirements with the assistance of legal counsel.
Who you are:
- You'll have previous experience working as a progressive HRBP preferably in a fast-paced, growth environment
- You'll have experience executing (and ideally designing) change management, performance management, leadership coaching, total rewards processes
- You'll have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and numerical ability
- You'll have the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- You'll be data-driven, decision maker and pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them
- You'll have experience collaborating in a matrixed environment and driving consensus and momentum amongst a large set of stakeholders
