The role

This person will be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently and at a fast pace. They will stay calm and positive when dealing with multiple stakeholders and projects under pressure. They will share the creative ambition of the team to create award-winning work for our client, with strong insights and strategic direction.
As a Senior Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to lead and support the Senior Account Director on the creation, execution and delivery of Global integrated campaigns across film, photography and digital production. Another key part of your role will managing the day to day running of the account, following up on actions and ensuring we keep progress, energy and momentum throughout every project, no matter how big or small. You will act as a Global Brand Guardian, keeping in touch regularly with our Agency partners and other offices within each market and keeping up to date on industry and competitor activity.
You’ll be working with a small and energetic team that includes senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will act as one of the main client points of contact and a core part of the team. We hold a strong partnership with the Clients and you will be expected to understand and interpret the brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure we are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the team as and when required. You will be skilled in writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the planning/creative process. You will be comfortable presenting creative work to Clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience delivering global integrated brand building campaigns. You will be comfortable with discussing work with the client, and managing complexity in projects with multiple stakeholders and agency partners. It’s important to be comfortable in managing project timelines across different workstreams and working with other agencies.

- Previous experience working in an agency
- TV production experience (ideally managing complex CGI projects).
- Excellent experience in project management and account management skills
- Integrated campaign experience
- Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, environment
- A desire to drive continuous improvement
