Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson is seeking an Account Supervisor to guide and optimize long-term relationships between one of our key clients for the Seattle office. The Account Supervisor is responsible for the health and well-being of their account. In this role, you will understand what’s needed in the short and long term and work closely with our cross-discipline team to ensure long-term success. You will keep watch on new revenue opportunities and work to create client interest in new WT deliverables, referring leads when appropriate to Account Leadership, and produce proposals and presentations which win business.
What you’ll do:
- Client-facing | Partner with Account Leadership to oversee the translation of our clients’ vision into a roadmap that will achieve client goals, while generating work that is creatively brilliant, measurable and has an impact. You’ll be the point person for all day-to-day client communications across multiple teams.
- Lead | Manage, inspire and motivate your project teams. Review team deliverables, provide strategic oversight and ensure the work gets noticed, used and appreciated. Act as the agency’s expert on a given client and/or business capability. Collaborate with a large cross-functional team internally and client-side.
- Process | Drive profitability at scale within the teams and as we sell in new offerings. Find innovative ways to build new best practices while maintaining attention to details.
- Create | Brainstorm, propose, and come up with solutions across digital channels.
Who you are:

What you’ll need:
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of client services experience in a digital or creative agency.
- Outstanding ability to lead, convince, and inspire in a client-service environment.
- Experience leading a cross discipline team to produce audience-first content that meets clients’ business objectives.
- Proven ability to ensure high standards in creative, production, and measurement of email, SMS and other CRM communications.
- Extensive experience running critical CRM initiatives including marketing campaign workflows, timeline development, and reporting. Deep understanding of the creative process from research, crafting strategy, and developing creative briefs that are used to brief creative teams.
- Ability to work with development teams to lead and manage technical and web creative projects from kick off to launch.
- Ability to work with analytics and strategy teams to uncover actionable insights that inform communications strategy and program optimizations.
- Development of testing matrices to support test strategies that roll up into a progressive learning agenda.
