Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson is seeking a dynamic, business-minded Senior Claimer to join the team! This team member will be responsible for monitoring financial reports, securing reimbursements, and pulling data from multiple sources to analyze and mitigate aging receivable accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute: Filing complete, accurate, and timely reimbursable documents with our client’s co-marketing partner to secure reimbursements. Provide supporting documentation to the client’s co-marketing partner for all claims.

Collaborate with partners: Obtain and review invoices and proof of performance for advertisements.

Understand the work: Check all documentation against other source files and financial trackers. Ensure that information is sufficient and accurate for submission.

Find Solutions: Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies in the documentation or financial data.

Forecast: Prepare and review schedules to track claims, show the aging of receivables, and ensure that everything is submitted before expiration.

Grow: Proactively seeks opportunities to add value to the team and agency.
Who you are:

Analytical: Must be able to analyze and interpret numbers from multiple sources.

Problem solver: Ability to communicate with different stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.

Good communicator: Facilitates dialog with co-workers and clients with timely responses to inquiries. Escalates issues appropriately and professionally.

Coachable: Able to learn and execute in a dynamic environment with a can-do attitude.
What you'll need:

Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance dealing with A/P and or A/R management (or other transferrable work histories).

Advanced PC Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Ability to execute and stay calm in a deadline-driven and dynamic environment.

Solid organization techniques.

Experience in people management is a plus.

Detail-oriented, strong time management, and superb organizational skills.
