 Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson Costa Rica is seeking for a Salesforce Developer. The Salesforce Developer will be part of a technology team that works on mission critical applications. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing applications based in the Salesforce CRM following business and technical requirements defined by the different teams.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Solution
  • Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
  • Experience with system integration (REST API) including associated functional and unit test code, and code validation against unit tests.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience implementing large scale eCommerce solutions with focus onSalesforce Commerce solutions.
  • Senior level understanding the Salesforce platform & architecture, data models,Commerce out of the box features and capabilities.
  • Wide experience with common eCommerce integrations (payment, tax,invoicing, inventory, OMS/ERP, middleware, analytics, internationalization, REST,SOAP, etc.)
  • Experience developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flows
  • Experience with best practices in Salesforce environments and best-practices: Sandboxes, Staging, Pre-Prod, Prod, packages and deployments.

Other General Skills

  • Experience in documenting technical requirements, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Experience with source code management (GIT/Scratch Orgs) and configuring best practices for CI/CD B2B Solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Sprint cadence.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining Confluence sites and creating ad-hoc documentation.
  • Great written and oral communications.
  • Ability to immerse oneself in an industry or market, and quickly add value to a project.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
