Für unser Berliner Office suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager (m/w/d). Wenn es um die erfolgreiche Realisierung von 360° Kampagnen geht, macht Dir so schnell niemand etwas vor: Dich zeichnet aus, dass Du Deine Projekte jederzeit fest im Blick hast. Dir macht es Spass, im engen Schulterschluss mit unseren Kund*innen, den Kolleg*innen und externen Partnern internationale Projekte von der ersten Planung bis zur finalen Produktion zu betreuen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und nutze die Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in einem spannenden und herausfordernden Umfeld einzusetzen.

Deine Rolle im Detail:

  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für deine Kund*innen und berätst diese kompetent vom Kick Off bis zum Roll Out
  • Du erstellst Briefings, Projektpläne, Timings und Kostenkalkulationen und behältst diese jederzeit im Blick
  • Du weißt, wie man mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft hält und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen externen Dienstleister*innen, Teams und Partneragenturen
  • Du beschäftigst Dich mit dem Marktumfeld Deiner Kunden und begeisterst Dich für Innovationen

 

Was du mitbringst:

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Project Manager im Agenturumfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von medienübergreifenden Kampagnen
  • Forecasting, Kalkulation, saubere Abwicklung und Controlling: Deine Zahlen hast Du jederzeit im Blick
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Know How von Project Management- sowie Task Management Tools
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, arbeitest zuverlässig und verantwortungsvoll
  • Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse
  • Office 365? Kannst Du!
  • Eine hohe Affinität zu Beauty-Produkten und Theman runden Dein Profil ab
