Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client-Facing Listpuller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with large amounts of data and will be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their specific data needs. The Client-Facing Listpuller will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring the accuracy of data, and delivering timely and high-quality results to our clients.

What you’ll do: 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific data requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
  • Use various tools and methods to extract data from multiple sources, including online databases and other digital sources.
  • Organize, manipulate, and transform data into usable formats that can be analyzed by the data analysis team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data by performing quality checks and resolving any issues that arise during the data pulling process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients to provide progress updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and methods for data extraction and manipulation.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data pulling, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using data extraction tools, manly as SQL. Tools/Languages as MySQL, Python, R, or other data manipulation tools would be appreciated.
  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
  • Ability to English is a must. Proficiency is a plus
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
