Wunderman Thompson Germany is looking for a Resource Manager (all genders) with a passion for organization and planning in Berlin, Munich or Frankfurt.

Your main role is to manage resourcing assignments across our creative and delivery teams. You will be responsible for tracking and communicating resources availability and managing unforeseen circumstances that require flexibility and quick solutions.

You are very familiar with agency structures and processes and driven by an efficient way to make magic happen.

Your role:

  • Long-term resource planning: together with Client Service and Delivery teams, you will identify the staff needed for the upcoming projects and allocate them accordingly
  • Lead micro- and macro-planning meetings with all team leaders across all disciplines to provide early response and identify upcoming spikes
  • Monitoring and assisting the teams with resource allocation accuracy, also when it comes to skills required for each project
  • With an eye on utilization reports, make sure you improve resources allocation efficiencies, such as resource sharing and freelancing
  • Listening to team’s requests and making sure team members have clear agreement and understanding on their projects and what should be prioritized
  • Troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions to meet Deadlines
