Welcome to The Cocktail/Wunderman Thompson Consulting, a consulting firm that is part of the world's most prominent group of marketing agencies (WPP).
We are looking for a Consultant with experience in well-established consulting firms to be part of our growing team and work alongside our global network that allows us to tackle both local and international projects in fields such as strategy, marketing, customer, and commerce.
The role is based in the Lisbon office, and while some remote working is possible, we have learned that in-person collaboration is strongly correlated with successful outcomes. So, being based in our beautiful office for a good amount of time is required. Plus, from our rooftop, you will have one of the best views in Lisbon.
What You’ll Do
As a Consultant, you will:
- Be part of project teams that need to ensure that the projects’ timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with your team and clients, in Portugal and beyond.
- Provide clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Convey positive communication and attitude, developing your own personal style.
- Showcase ability to mingle and work alongside diverse teams.
- To succeed in this role, you will need to showcase strong problem-solving and project-management capabilities, alongside good communication skills and a positive attitude.

What you’ll need
Qualifying for this role means that you must have:
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in management, marketing, or engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in a well-established consulting firm, with a track record of delivering relevant projects.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to think critically, analyze data, and provide structured solutions to complex business challenges.
- Proven self-management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate ambiguity.
- Good PowerPoint proficiency and strong excel skills.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Project or academic expertise in marketing strategy, operations, and technologies.
