What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a talented Content and Communications Strategist to join our team. As a Content and Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective content and communication strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives. You will collaborate with various teams, including account management, creative, and media, to develop and distribute compelling content that engages target audiences and drives business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute content and communication strategies for our clients, aligning with their goals and objectives
- Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, competitive activity, and target audience needs to feed our creative content output and communication strategies
- Create and manage editorial calendars that include a range of content types, such as blog posts, social media content, email marketing, and video content
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and meets the clients' objectives
- Work with external clients, partners and agencies to produce high-quality content that meets the project’s needs.
- Develop inspirational briefs for stakeholders (internal and clients) facilitating discussions to ensure alignment with strategy and goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of content and communication strategies, using data to optimize performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure all content and communication is on-brand and aligned with the clients' messaging and tone of voice
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in content and communication strategy, and make recommendations for new opportunities that could benefit our clients
- Constantly bring the consumer perspective into the internal processes
- Design collaborative working sessions that can deliver innovative thinking
- Train and coach junior strategists
Who you are:

What you’ll need:
- Team work capacity and leadership skills
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized, resourceful and punctual on meeting tight deadlines.
- A lot of curiosity and a clear purpose to remain up-to-date are valued.
- Be resourceful and always keep the client’s needs at heart
- Mastering analytical thinking skills and having a good capacity of empathy
- Understanding of marketing tools and user research methodology
- Ability to conceptualize and to write with an engaging storytelling
- Understanding and management of design thinking, agile development and lean start up techniques and tools (preferred)
- Excellent English oral and writing skills (mandatory)
- Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology or Philosophy graduate.
- 4+ years on Advertising, Brand Strategy, Comms Planning, Media Planning or Brand Management experience. If you have senior experience in account management or creative direction in advertising you’re also welcome!
