Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and producing design tools, design systems, conceptual solutions, wireframes, UI designs, etc. In addition to which they need to be comfortable operating within the customer environment and confident driving complex projects forward based on a systematic and user-centric design approach.

What you'll be doing:

  • Utlizing design thinking skills in different aspects of design
  • Conceptualize and design solutions for clients
  • Ensure the user-centered design aspects for web & mobile (usability, accessibility, findability, usefulness, etc.) are incorporated into the design
  • Use design methods and tools such as personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture concepts, and low-fidelity wireframes
  • Conduct user research (quantitative and qualitative) and work with data/analytics tools - data capturing, analysis, and reporting
  • Justify and present design decisions, approaches, or strategy to clients based on data, insights, and expertise
  • Provide constructive feedback with suggestions and solutions for improvement
  • Design User Interfaces for different kind of screens
  • Lead multidisciplinary design tasks in agile projects, and facilitate design sprints and workshops

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital service design, UX & UI Design, product design, digital design
  • Strong visual design skills [UI]
  • Proven experience in designing and driving digital solutions
  • Strong experience in taking end-to-end design ownership from ideation to delivery
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design aspects for different types of interfaces, proven experience for web & mobile
  • Ability to use design methods and tools such as personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture concepts, and low-fidelity wireframes
  • Experience in user research (quantitative and qualitative) and working with data/analytics tools - data capturing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience in presenting design decisions and justifying design strategies to clients
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary design & development teams in agile projects and facilitate design sprints and workshops
  • Stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Miro, etc.
