The Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Coordinator is a valued member of the APAC Talent Team located in our Singapore campus. Reporting to the Head of Talent- this team member plays a key support role in the execution of the enterprise DEI&Bs strategy. 

 

This position will partner with team members to help ensure an efficient and organized execution of all IE&Ds-related initiatives- while living out the Company’s core values. The ideal candidate is passionate about IE&D, ready to go above and beyond to learn and work with various functions- locations- and people across the organization. 

 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Plan and coordinate regional IE&D programs, initiatives, events and activations working closely with the Regional Leadership, B+ERGs and IE&D Council; 
  • Provide Day-to-day Operational Support: in liaising with markets, regional leadership, B+ERGs, IE&D council and partner stakeholders to operationalize the regional IE&D agenda including scheduling- handling logistics- coordinating events- project management and other technical duties related to IE&D’s strategies, programs, and initiatives; 
  • Support, produce, promote, and evaluate events and programs that strengthen the diverse culture cohesion, education and understanding in APAC; 
  • Collaborate with other WT staff and departments to ensure diverse and inclusive participation, representation, visibility, and recognition; 
  • Establish a knowledge base of IE&D best practices and resources and provide periodic reports and dashboards to enhance IE&D goals and accountability towards the regional IE&D agenda. 
  • Lead a variety of other projects as needed 

 

What you’ll need 

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job 
  • Ambitious team member with a passion to challenge the status quo and finds new or out-of-the-box solutions to challenges while also being comfortable an adaptable in an agile working environment 
  • Experience in creative/branding work, strong knowledge of PowerPoint etc. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills- with ability to build and track timelines and keep projects moving and on track 
  • Experience/exposure working with diverse or underrepresented communities, public outreach or inclusive services is preferred. 
  • Experience in program/event planning, project management or organizational development.
