Key Responsibilities: 

As a Senior Business Consultant PIM/PXM (Product Information/Experience Management) you are a key player in our business architecture, implementation & adaptation programs. You work with diverse teams at the client and are responsible for the business value and outcomes of the program within a team of program managers, business analysts, architects, and account directors from Wunderman Thompson. You are a strong voice for the client’s business objectives, the people at the client’s organization and their customers. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Roadmap & requirements design | Focus on clients’ business needs, challenge them actively advise the client’s project team and sponsors. 
  • Prepare and lead workshops & interviews | The deliverables can vary from input for strategical decisions for program stakeholders to descriptions of use cases that are ready to be refined and implemented by your team members.  
  • Create proposals and do pitches at international prospects and existing clients | You actively look for business opportunities and can explain the value to our clients.   
  •  Develop new PXM propositions | Communicate internally and externally about the practice. 

 

Who you are: 

  • Product and Process Analysis | You understand the complex structures and processes involved. You also know how product data management works and can visualize complex workflows. 
  • Program Management | Able to turn what the client wants into a multi-year plan that matches their objectives and lead the team to make it happen.  
  • Team Management | You need good people skills to lead and motivate a diverse team of designers, developers, and adapters, and make sure they work together effectively. 
  • Learning Agility | Quick to learn PIM/PXM solutions, including products, assets, syndication, and analytics, is essential for success in this role. You are also motivated to learn new technologies and stay current on industry developments. 

 

  What you’ll need: 

  • 6 years of experience in client consulting, business process modelling, project integrations. 
  • Master's degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Information Management or related studies 
  • Great working knowledge and understanding of: PXM (governance, solutions, etc.) & e-commerce platforms. 
  • Demonstrate experience in collaborating within an Agile environment with cross-functional teams. 
  • Flexibility to work in our office and our client’s offices when needed. 
  • Display excellent communications skills (in English), and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels 
  • Currently living in The Netherlands with a valid work permit.  

 

Bonus points:

  • French, German or/and Dutch is highly desired.
