業務内容
- 大規模なアカウントをリードし、クリエイティブなソリューションでクライアントの成長を確実に達成すること。
- チームのクリエイティブワーク全般を監督し、高い品質や正確性を確保すること。
- ビジョンを提示し、クライアントを説得し、鼓舞すること。
- チーフ・クリエイティブ・オフィサーをサポートし、クライアントや社内のプロジェクトチームと協力しながら、クリエイティブ・エクセレンスのため社内文化を育てること。
- クリエイティブトレンド、マーケティング、文化的造形、デジタル、テクノロジーなどコミュニケーションのあらゆる領域に対する深い理解と好奇心を持ち、自らをアップデートし続けること。
応募資格
- 広告代理店、マルチメディアエージェンシー、それに類するクリエイティブ企業において、10年程度の経験と、強いクリエイティブポートフォリオ。
- 独創的であり、好奇心旺盛、積極的な性格であること。
- 日本語または英語のいずれかのビジネスレベルの語学力(バイリンガルだと望ましい)。

The Creative Director is responsible for all creative aspects of the client's growth. He or She articulates and champions the key values underpinning the strategic and creative execution of client accounts. The CD is the consummate professional, a strong communicator, and has a deep understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication. You are collaborative, innovative, and visionary and have experience leading creative teams to the promise land of client-and-agency bliss.
What you’ll do
- Able to lead large scale accounts to ensure the company is achieving potential with creative solutions
- Maintains general oversight on all of the team's creative work to ensure quality, accuracy and excellence
- Able to present a vision, convince and inspire clients
- Support the Chief Creative Officer and work with clients and internal project teams to foster an internal culture for creative excellence.
- Maintain a deep understanding of and curiosity about all areas of communications, including creative trends, marketing, cultural formations, digital, and technology, and to keep oneself updated.
Who you’ll need
- 10 years’ experience as a creative professional in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio with a solid creative portfolio.
- Creative, ever curious and an outgoing personality are a plus
- Business level proficiency of either Japanese or English (Bilingual candidates preferred).
