The ideal Deployment Specialist or Campaign Manager will be involved in creating and managing CVM campaigns, ensuring an efficient workflow.  Must be able to perform customer behavior analysis and create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for retention, churn, and cross sell.

They must regularly track and manage this process, understand trends and dynamics. Provide campaign reporting, analysis, and recommendations or next best actions. Most importantly, they must maintain an active communication line with staff, especially our client service and traffic teams for a smooth and efficient workflow.

We’re looking for an all-rounder when it comes to digital marketing (from driving awareness, to consideration, from acquiring efficient traffic and conversions, to building loyalty, brand love and advocacy. We need someone who will form part of a team of high performing individuals through stretching targets, while always maintaining best practise and efficiency.

  • Identifying client objectives for CVM project and advising on suitable measurement strategies.
  • Benchmarking CVM performances and advising on setting KPIs.
  • Reporting on key direct marketing metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available data.
  • Analysing customer behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.
  • An eye for aesthetics preparing visually pleasing, easy to read and in-depth presentations for clients
  • Providing consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
  • Work closely with the Client Service and Management teams to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell direct marketing services
  • Collaborating with the design and development teams on optimisation projects
  • Able to think independently and use self-initiative
  • A strong desire to learn about other aspects of digital marketing
  • Training end-users on reports and developed dashboards
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Understanding of HTML and other development languages
  • Quality Assurance/Standardization
  • Cultivating meaningful relationships with internal team
  • Deconstructing conversations
  • Pin pointing trends/patterns within consumer behaviour
  • Discover/ identify human truths and insights using market research/survey data

Your experience and skills

  • Must have > 3 years experience in CVM or the broader Digital Marketing ecosystem.
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Diploma/BA degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, English, Media Studies, Statistics,) or relevant degree
  • Understanding of technology and martech within the digital marketing funnel
  • IBM Acoustic - 360 Enterprise
  • Knowledge of GMP Suite (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Data Studio, BigQuey, Google Cloud Platform) is an advantage.
