Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson Argentina is seeking a Data Entry & Ops Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of data into the Workday system, as well as performing various analyses to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data.
What you'll do:
- Process data intake
- Enter data accurately and in a timely manner into the Workday system, including but not limited to employee data, job history, resource plan, resource forecast, on behalf of each Business Unit needs.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or errors, ensuring that all data entered into the system is accurate and up-to-date, while reporting bugs and challenges to PM and BU owner.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to data entry and analysis in the Workday system.
- Provide support to end-users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to data entry and system functionality.
What you’ll need:
- Accountant, Economics or Administration careers
- +1 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced English
