Key Responsibilities: 

As a Business Analyst PIM/PXM (Product Information/eXperience Management) you are a key player in our implementation projects. You are client facing, you work with brands and are responsible for the functional side of the project.  

 

What you will do: 

As a Business Analyst for Product Information/eXperience Management (PIM/PXM), you will be at the forefront of our implementation projects, playing a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will work closely with top brands, using your expertise to ensure that our solutions meet their unique needs and requirements.

Each day, you'll be tasked with diving deep into our clients' business needs, using your analytical skills to challenge assumptions and translate them into concrete requirements. You'll be the driving force behind our workshops, leading the charge to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Collaborating closely with our development team, you'll be instrumental in crafting solution proposals that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your focus will be on delivering solutions that add value and drive impactful improvements to their business processes. You'll take charge of demoing and explaining our proposed solutions, ensuring that business users fully understand the impact they will have on their operations.

But that's not all! You'll also be advising business users and management on how to best enable their digital shelf with product data, PIM, and PXM. Your expertise will be invaluable in making sure that our clients are making the most of our solutions.

And let's not forget about our business development team, who will look to you for assistance in creating proposals and making pitches to prospective clients. Your knowledge and experience will be a key part of helping us win new business and continue to grow our footprint in the market.

 

Who you are: 

  • Business Analysis | You focus on gathering clients’ business needs, challenging, advising them and translating them to requirements. 
  • Facilitation | Preparing and leading in workshops & interviews, to understand the business, product structures and business processes.  
  • Agile methodology and Scrum| You translate requirements to epics and user stories on a backlog and make sure the backlog is prioritized, so that the development team has enough work prepared to run sprints.   
  • Sales Support| Our new business team will actively ask you to work with them in winning new business, giving solution demos, and help write proposals. 

  What you’ll need: 

  • Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in client consulting, gathering requirements, business process modelling. 
  • Great working knowledge and understanding of the different PXM/PIM concepts & basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms. 
  • Bachelor's degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Information Management or related studies 
  • Demonstrate experience in collaborating within an Agile environment with cross-functional teams. 
  • Flexibility to work in our office and our client’s offices when needed. 
  • Display excellent communications skills (in English), and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels 
  • Currently living in The Netherlands with a valid work permit.  

Bonus points:

  • French, German or/and Dutch is highly desired.
