We are looking to hire a Senior Campaign Strategist to work directly for one of our global clients.

This role is within a hybrid in-house employer brand and creative team. The goal is for the secondment employees to be fully integrated to the team and seamlessly work as one of our client's employees. This role will be based in central London at least one day a week with the rest of the time remote. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • EMEA Role, meaning all missions are to be undertaken across the UK, DE, FR, ITA, SP, TK, PL, SK, CZ, MENA and a number of smaller regions. And, covering two/three business lines laddering up to Operations and Talent.  
  • Understand and represent the business strategy and goals throughout the strategic and creative process - ensure that everything we do is contributing to reaching our objectives. 
  • Develop relationships with the teams that contribute to the EVP, explain the work we're doing, use research to influence, report back on progress. 
  • Work and develop solid relationships with peer teams to gather campaign requirements (Talent Marketing | Campaign Delivery & Planning, Media Strategy.) 
  • Ensure research outputs are turned into key insights to inform the EVP, Campaign and Messaging strategies. 
  • Lead the EVP development, review and approval loops alongside its communication and adoption. 
  • Ensure the research insights and campaign strategies are effectively communicated and understood by all key stakeholders (internal and external to the team), put in place accountability systems, advocate and turn key people in strategic ambassadors. 
  • Lead the campaign strategy development per campaign, level, business, audience type and market. 
  • Lead the messaging strategy development per campaign, level, business, audience type and market. 
  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) plan - design relevant to the audience omnichannel experience with a good understanding of how traditional marketing can be integrated with digital. Work with creatives and peer teams (brand media strategy, owned and earned channels) to ensure alignment and solid execution.  
  • Ensure the campaign and messaging strategy briefing to creative team is excellent and ensure creative development meets the brief and is set to deliver on pre-defined business goals. 
  • Ensure DEI is well considered throughout campaign strategy and development.  
  • Ensure close strategic alignment with Central Employer Brand Team, WFS and NA Talent Marketing Teams alongside regional reputation working groups (Ratatouille, Potato Soup, etc.) 
  • Influence the Organic Content roadmap development. 
  • Review creative campaign performance reports, report back to the head of strategy and creative with key recommendations.
