Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem ehrgeizigen und fantastischen Senior Art Director (all genders), der unser Team in Berlin verstärkt.

 

Deine Rolle bei Wunderman Thompson:

  • Konzeption und Realisation von kreativen Lösungen (360°) 
  • Überzeugendes Präsentieren – intern sowie vor unseren Kunden
  • Präsentationsentwicklung und -gestaltung
  • Vorbereitung und Supervision von Film- und Photo-Shootings
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Weiterbildung von Junioren und Mid-Levels
  • Sicherung von gestalterischer Konsistenz innerhalb aller Dir anvertrauten Projekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Services, um Strategien, Ziele und Feedback der Kunden zu verstehen
  • Konzeption/Gestaltung/Umsetzung von proaktiven Ideen, Pro-bono-Projekten und interne Projekten

 

Was wir uns wünschen: 

  • Du hast ein Studium in Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen
  • 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bzw. vergleichbarem Umfeld
  • Du hast bereits erfolgreich an digitale Kampagnen und Social Media Aktionen für große Marken mitgearbeitet
  • Du bist top-fit in Adobe Creative Suite und gerne auch schon in MidJourney
  • Auf Produktionen hast Du große Lust und bringst auch schon etwas Erfahrung mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist teamfähig, offen, kommunikativ und neugierig
