The Chief Strategy Officer for Philippines is responsible for setting the strategic direction for our clients. Working across core pillars of brand experience, consumer engagement and data and analytics. The Chief Strategy Officer works across disciplines and channels, utilizing a varied range of tools to derive key insights that leads to relevant and timely brand communications throughout the entire customer journey. The role will entail leading and developing campaign and communications planning to CRM strategy.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Lead CRM strategy for our clients, including leading the annual planning cycles and working with the team to analyse and interpret data and present this in a clear, compelling narrative to clients.
  • Lead campaign planning, finding interesting insights and partnering with creatives to make ground breaking work and give them interesting, unexpected ways to look at creative solutions
  • Use data, research and insight to uncover areas of growth or creative firepower, and synthesize all of this into compelling narratives
  • In partnership with Strategy team, lead new business pitches and provide thought leadership on how to integrate brand experience.
  • Drive digital and technological innovation within an ever changing and highly varied landscape

 

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 15 years of strategy experience that brings with it the ability to solve complex problems, partner with senior C-suite clients and genuinely earn their trust.
  • A highly collaborative person who has proven experience collaborating with multiple agencies, parties and disciplines and being the conductor of this orchestra.
  • Must have experience working on or as a part of global brands.
  • Superior presentation skills with the ability to persuade and inform, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.
  • Has 5+ years of managing a team to be able to inspire, train and mentor junior staff members in multi-lingual environments.
