業務内容

  • クライアントの目的や課題に応じて、ブランド、マーケティング、コミュニケーションに関する統合的な戦略を立案し、調査、発表、実施する
  • 様々なツールを駆使して、消費者、人、市場、文化に関するインサイトを提供し、データに基づく深いインサイトを明らかにる。
  • 高品質で説得力緒あるPOVやブリーフを作成し、社内外に提供する。
  • 現在および将来のペルソナ、コンシューマージャーニーマップ、ユーザーフローを策定し、複雑な消費者情報を説得力があり、インスピレーションをもたらすインサイトに変える。
  • 最新のトレンドを先取りしてベストプラクティスを実践し、新しいコンセプト、トレンド、テクノロジーおよびそれらの潜在的なベネフィットについてクライアントの理解を促進する。
  • 論理的で、正当性があり、魅力的なストーリーを伝えるプレゼンテーションを作成し、提供する。
  • 機能横断的なチームと協力し、クリエイティブアイデアを求め、意見を提供し、すべてのアイデアがビジネス目標を満たせるようにする。
  • 顧客と社内の機能横断型チームとのワークショップやセッションのファシリテートまたはサポートを行う。

応募資格

  • エージェンシーでのブランディング、コミュニケーション戦略、デジタルなどの戦略に関する経験3年以上
  • 収集した情報・データ、仮説に基づく戦略的視点の提供
  •  深い消費者・ヒューマンインサイトを掘り起こす発見
  • ブランドの戦略的プロポジションの定義
  • クリエイティブブリーフの作成
  •  ブランド戦略の策定
  •  定性・定量市場調査/リサーチの設計・分析スキル
  • ターゲットセグメンテーション、ターゲットプロファイル/ペルソナ、カスタマージャーニー開発
  • アイデア発想力、想像力、既成概念にとらわれない思考力
  • 顧客データ活用の基本理解
  • ソーシャルメディアチャネル、メディア活用、視点の理解
  • 高いプレゼンテーション能力、コミュニケーション能力、対人関係能力
  • 日本語と英語の両方が流暢または高い習熟度

As a Strategist, you will work to develop brand/communication/customer experience strategies for clients across categories and be the bridge between brand and consumer. You will work across an exciting range of areas, interacting and closely working with the creative, data  and account management.  You should be a progressive thinker who can leverage an understanding of consumer and cultural trends, media channels, the competitive landscape, and human/consumer insight then translate those into creative and actionable solutions that contribute to the growth of the client’s business. 

What you’ll do

  • Conceiving, researching, presenting, and implementing integrated strategies around brand, marketing, and communications based on client objectives and challenges.
  • Providing insights on consumers, people, market, and culture by applying a mix of tools to uncover deep, data-driven insights.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality, compelling POVs and briefs internally and externally.
  • Develop current and future personas, consumer journey maps, and user flows to turn complex consumer information into compelling and inspiring insight.
  • Keeping ahead of the latest trends to implement best practices and promote client understanding of emerging concepts, trends, technologies, and their potential benefits.
  • Craft and deliver presentations that are logical and rational and tell a story that is engaging.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seek creative ideas and provide input, ensuring all ideas meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate or support workshops and sessions with both clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Who you are 

  • 3+ years of experience with strategy including branding, communication strategy,and digital at agencies
  • Providing strategic POV based on information and data collected and hypothesis.
  • Discovering and digging out deep consumer/human insight.
  • Defining the brand’s strategic proposition
  • Crafting creative briefs.
  • Developing a brand strategy
  • Qualitative and quantitative market survey/research designing and analysis skills
  • Target segmentation, target profile/persona and customer journey development
  • Capability of idea generation/imagination / out-of-box thinking
  • Basic understanding of customer data usage
  • Understanding of social media channels, media use and perspectives
  • Strong presentation and communication / interpersonal skills
  • Fluency or high proficiency in both Japanese and English
