Account Director at Wunderman Thompson is the main contact person for the client. Account Director is responsible for regular communication, joint preparation of the annual project plan, defining the scopes inc project brief, timeline and budget, manages client and internal stakeholder expectations .

Will be responsible for the communication, coordination, execution, and control of specific projects ensuring consistency with existing commitments and goals. 

Directly cooperates with all internal production teams and selected stakeholders from the client-side to ensure Wunderman Thompson will deliver all agreed work to the client in high-quality standard and within agreed timelines.

What you'll need? 

  • Previous experience in a bigger international agency is a must. Work on pharmaceutical campaigns and clients is welcome!
  • Active marketing knowledge, understanding of marketing strategy, ability to identify single-minded benefits, formulate marketing and communication objectives and develop a campaign brief.
  • Excellent knowledge of English written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills supported by solid online marketing background.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, developers, social media experts, data analysts, other expert leads, and stakeholders on project specifics.
  • Capacity for the project and directional changes and flexibility is a must.
  • Candidate must also have negotiation and sales skills. The power to influence people and the skills to push clients creatively and strategically is necessary.
