Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson is looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to join the team dedicated to a global automotive client. Reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics, you will develop architectures and analyze data, turning insights into solutions to support the client's business goals.
What you’ll do:
- Execute | Develop data mining models and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets. Analyze and interpret collected data. Identify insights and make recommendations.
- Client | Advocate for the intelligent use of data in modern marketing. Guide clients to fresh and new ideas.
- Team | Collaborate with account management, strategists, and digital teams to achieve client targets. Share methods and establish new standards in best practices.

What you need:
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of web analytics/CRM data; experience working in a creative/digital agency an asset.
- Experience reporting results and building dashboards.
- Experience building partnerships and positively influencing team members and clients.
- Skillful at presenting a well-articulated and supported point of view.
