We are looking for a Senior Experience Strategist who is a strategic contributor who marries experience strategy with storytelling. As an insatiably curious knowledge gatherer, you’ll lead and drive the strategy, development, execution, and stewardship of digital products and capabilities. As this role involves client interface and collaboration, you would be expected to be a quality presenter and excel in written and verbal communication.
What you’ll be doing:
- Structure and facilitate effective workshops with internal teams and clients to define business and product goals, MVPs, solution concepts and features.
- Conduct usability testing (in-person and remote, moderated, and unmoderated) to gather insights on the needs, behaviors, preferences, and pain points of the target users and evaluate user experiences including validate design concepts or prototypes.
- Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights using tools like analytics software, surveys, and user behavior tracking.
- Share findings, insights, and recommendations as compelling and unique insights to cross-functional teams and give them a powerful jumping off point informed by research and data.
- Create customer centric personas, scenarios, and journey maps that capture key characteristics, jobs-to-be-done and customer insights and keep the user at the center of the process.
- Help develop and design user stories, concept wireframes and prototypes to various degrees of fidelity to make your ideas clearly understood.
- Ensure the findings align with the overall business strategy and objectives by considering the feasibility and viability of design recommendations.
- Evaluate results and help optimize and enhance products post-launch.
- Co-create a comprehensive content strategy to optimize the user experience and engagement of client’s digital products, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all digital platforms, based upon data driven industry trends and competitive analysis.
What You’ll Need:
Required:
- 4-5+ years of professional strategy experience having worked at a digital agency, in-house product teams, and/or boutique firms.
- Knowledge of the mechanics for experience strategy, customer research, and experience design is required.
- Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Digital/CX strategy and a track record of delivering complex strategy assignments.
- Ability to articulate and educate Clients and team members on Digital/CX strategy, trends, and challenges.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers in cross-functional team to deliver digital products.
- Proven record creating product strategy artefacts for website or app experiences, including customer journeys, product vision, prioritization matrix, and product roadmaps.
- Comfortable working independently, with some guidance.
- Experience working on multiple work streams with a familiarity and comfort working within an AGILE methodology.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar experience within a customer experience, user experience, or innovation team.
- Experience using Figma, Miro is preferred.
