当社では、中・大規模プロジェクトを自主的に管理できる有能なプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。 このポジションはプロジェクト全体の財務的な責任を共有することもあります。プロジェクトマネージャーは、効果的なプロジェクトマネジメント手法を活用し、明確かつ達成可能なプロジェクト目標を策定するとともに、プロジェクト要件を構築し、制限事項を管理することで、プロジェクトを成功に導く責任を負います。

業務内容

• プロジェクトのスコープ、予算、ワークプランの明確化や管理を成功裏に進めるために、リーダーシップを発揮する。クライアントとの窓口として、変化するニーズをスコープに入れ、新しいコストとスケジュールについて合意する。
• 仕様書やクライアントとのコミュニケーションの組み立てと管理。すべてのプロジェクトの機能仕様の作成など、プロジェクト全体を通じた目標や戦略の策定に対する監督も含む。
• プロジェクトの収益性に対する責任を負う。チーム内のコミュニケーションと予算管理を行い、クライアントのニーズ、チームのニーズ、業務上のKPIのバランスを取りながら、積極的に社内外に変更指示の必要性を指摘する。
• エージェンシー環境での実績（クライアント対応、プロジェクトチームを率いる能力など）、変化とスピードのある環境でのパフォーマンスと管理能力。
• プロジェクトの情報の流れを把握し、優先順位をつけ、管理能力を発揮する。クライアントやチームメンバーに期待事項を伝え、評価や明確化、クリエイティブとテクニカルデザイン、制作と開発、テストとローンチまでのプロセスを管理する。
• 非公式・公式のクライアント対応において、効果的に情報を提示する。組織力、企画力を有し、細部にまでこだわり、プレゼンテーションやプロジェクトに長けていること。優れた口頭・文章によるコミュニケーション能力およびファシリテーション能力。
• 新しいウェブ標準に対する深い理解に加え、ウェブ経験やアーキテクチャの知識に関する実績、およびパフォーマンスマーケティング推進のための業界知識と技術的能力の応用。

応募資格

• 当社と同様、スピード感のある広告代理店（または類似するエージェンシー）における5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験を有し、文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力を有すること。
• ミッションクリティカルな環境の重要性を理解し、クリエイティブな思考を有すること。既成概念にとらわれない独創的な思考の持ち主。
• 圧倒的な細部へのこだわりと緊張感を持ち、複数のプロジェクトを同時にこなせること。
• デジタルソリューションやテクノロジーへの知見があり、複数のプロジェクトマネジメントツールを活用した経験を有する
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルの語学力。

We are looking for a brilliant Project Manager who can independently manage medium to large-scale projects.  They may share overall project financial responsibility. They will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects utilizing effective project management methodologies and create clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements and managing constraints.

What you’ll do

• Provide leadership and execute project scope, budget and workplan to ensure successful definition and control while liaising with clients to ensure any changing needs are scoped in and new costs & timings are agreed.
• Assembles and manages specification documents and client communications. This includes overseeing the creation of goals and strategy throughout the project including creation of functional specifications for all projects.
• Responsible for project profitability; communicate and manage budget across the team, proactively flag the need for internal/external change orders whilst balancing client needs, team needs and operating KPIs.
• Proven track record in an agency environment, including exposure to clients and ability to lead project teams, ability to perform and manage in changing and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates ability to identify, prioritize, and manage project information flow. Communicate expectations to client, team members and manage the process from assessment and definition, creative & technical design, production and development, testing and launch.
• Ability to present information effectively in informal and formal client settings. Demonstrates proven organizational and planning skills, must be detail oriented, have strong presentation and project management skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, and strong facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of emerging web standards, plus proven web experience and architecture knowledge and application of industry knowledge and technical aptitude to help drive Performance Marketing.

What you’ll need

• You have minimum 5 years of project management experience in a similar fast-paced advertising agency (or similar agencies) setting with great communication skills at both written and verbal.
• Understand the importance of a mission critical environment and have a creative mind – you can think outside the box!
• Outstanding attention to detail, possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Has expertise of Digital Solutions & Technology, and experience of utilizing various project management tools.
• Business level proficiency for both Japanese and English.
