The role:

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who is coming from a creative agency background, with min. 4-5 years of experience. This person is passionate about brand & communication and keen to be part of a growing agency and team with ambitious ideas. They will work closely with and reporting to the team's Account Director and will be a core part of the cross-functional team, and one of the daily contacts for one of our key clients. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating strong relationships with day to day Clients and Agency colleagues
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions 
  • Being the knowledge keeper and promoter for the Client’s business and brand
  • Working with the Creative Team to ensure that work is being progressed through the Agency as planned and on time, initiate changes/improvements if necessary
  • Understanding of big picture finances (income, profit, scope & contract)
  • Presenting and selling creative ideas and production estimates when required. Identify and act on these opportunities

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to thrive in a complex stakeholder management environment and are comfortable juggling multiple workstreams as being flexible to adapt to shifting needs of clients.
  • Experience in developing strong creative campaign work and will have worked with large, teams.
  • Previous creative agency account management experience
  • Ability to accurately scope and schedule complex creative and production projects
  • Proven organizational and planning skills, must be precise and detail oriented
  • Adopt a pro-active approach to developments in media and communications channels and the imagination to embrace these new creative opportunities as appropriate
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
