Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is seeking a Business Manager who guide and accompany the team in achieving efficient and optimal results in assigned projects. 

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION, BUT THIS ROLE MUST BE IN MEDELLÍN 

What you'll do:

  • Identify customer needs in order to anticipate their requirements.
  • Have a consultative role with the client based on a deep understanding of the brands business.
  • Lead, motivate and empower the team's talent, actively contributing to their development.
  • Lead the weekly traffic and know the overview of each of the brands.
  • Ensure the proper billing process and compliance with the financial objectives of the account.
  • Achievement of special projects for the fulfillment of the New Business goal.
  • Ensure that the brands' strategy is carried out.
  • Co-create with the creative, planning and data teams to inspire and provide solutions to achieve these goals.

What you’ll need:

  • Professional, ideally with postgraduate studies, with minimum 3 years experience in related roles, leading commercial relationships for one or more multinational clients, in creative agencies.
  • Solid knowledge in brand strategy, communication, marketing and digital environments.
  • Skills to lead and empower effective teams, focused on problem solving and anticipating business needs.
  • Intermediate English skills.
