We are looking for a User Experience Director (all genders) who will help us create unique digital experiences that make a difference.

What you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a leading role.
- Digital creative agency experience preferred.
- Conceptual thinking, creative execution, and supervision in visual and interaction design.
- An outstanding portfolio of UX projects across various industries and applications. Ideally from commerce to content hubs, from lead-gen landing pages to digital services, from e-learning to transactional apps.
- Deep understanding of designing intuitive processes, high fidelity wireframes, prototypes and interfaces across platforms and devices.
- Proficiency with Sketch, MIRO, Figma, Invision, Zeplin and other design tools
- Experience in agile working methods, respective collaboration tools and processes.
- Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of digital technologies such as (mobile) web-tech stacks, native apps, marketing automation, real-time personalization, multivariate testing, enterprise CMS/DXPs.
- English language proficiency (as our common working language is English).
Nice to have:
- Interest and some knowledge in innovation fields like conversational interfaces, MR, gesture, A.I. driven segmentation, next-best-action, computer vision, metaverse, WebGPU is a plus.
- German knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory as the common working language is English.
