業務内容

  • プロジェクトの課題を理解し、多様な観点で調査の設計・実施を自ら考え行うこと。
  • 調査結果を分析し、プロジェクトにおける本質的な課題を抽出すること。
  • 課題を解決するための戦略をロジカルに構想し資料化、クライアントへ提案を行うこと。
  • ペルソナ・ユーザーフロー・情報設計・ワイヤーフレームの作成を行うこと。
  • クライアントからの要求と、あるべき要件のバランスをとりながら最適なユーザーエクスペリエンスを提供すること。
  • ユーザーテストの設計・実行・分析・課題の抽出を行い、確度を高めること。
  • ローンチ後のプロダクトパフォーマンスの評価軸を設定し、それをもとに課題を洗い出し、改善策を継続的にクライアントへ提案すること。
  • プロジェクトマネージャー、データアナリスト、ストラテジスト、UIデザイナー、クリエイティブ、アカウントなど様々なステークホルダーと密接に協力して業務を進めること
  • 必要に応じて海外チームともコラボレーションをして業務を推進すること。
  • デザイン、テクノロジーなどのトレンドに深い理解と好奇心を持ち、チームメンバーをインスパイアしながら、チームメンバーを育成すること。

 

応募資格

必須要件:

  • 実務でUXデザイナーとして5年以上の実績があり、専門知識を証明できるポートフォリオがあること。
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力があり、クライアントに日本語でプレゼンテーションが出来ること。
  • 大規模なウェブサイトのリニューアルプロジェクトにおいて、UX設計からローンチまでの経験を有すること。
  • 日本の大手クライアントの文化やビジネス規範を理解し、実際に担当した経験があること。
  • 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、アジャイルな環境の業務に慣れていること。
  • プロトタイプツール（Figma、XDなど）の使用経験があること。

歓迎要件:

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力。（少なくとも英語の読み書きができると望ましい）
  • UIデザインとプロトタイプ作成能力と使用経験
  • フロントエンド（HTML、CSS、JavaScript）の知識と業務での使用経験
