Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is seeking a collaborative, detail oriented and problem solver person willing to immerse themselves in one of Wunderman Thompson´s most prestigious accounts.

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage and track Marking budgets through IO(Internal Order) and PO(Purchase Order) 
  • Create Purchase Orders, set up of Vendors and other aspects related to Purchase Order Management.
  • Create Purchase Orders, set up of Vendors and other aspects related to Purchase Order Management.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and processing requests and making sure that all required information is available.
  • Verification and processing of data in a compliant matter: reviewing contracts, availability of personal and confidential data, etc.
  • Guiding and training requestors on how to submit their requests in a compliant way, with sufficient information.
  • Responsible for guiding and training requestors/users for report consumption.

What you'll need:

  • Advanced level of English
  • General understanding of account and finance are an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of direct marketing project process flow and execution is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail and Detailed Oriented.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Good Written and verbal communication
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)
