Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is seeking a collaborative, detail oriented and problem solver person willing to immerse themselves in one of Wunderman Thompson´s most prestigious accounts.

What you’ll do: 

  • Work on UI based platforms to set-up digital events, basis the event specifications received from requester.
  • Self review the output and share for review/approval. Make sure the deliverable is as per the defined quality standards
  • Adherence to all the required processes, checklist and service levels
  • Communication with internal/external stakeholder for campaigns
  • Flag any risks if needed or identified during the course of operations
  • Accountability for resolving client issues and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
  • Excellent management of diverse projects running in parallel without compromising deliverables
  • Proactivity in finding solutions to problems according to the limitations of the company and platforms

What you'll need:

  • Advance level of English
  • Working experience on Platform as a solution
  • Quick learner and self-starter 
  • Eye for detail 
  • Analytical bent of mind and logical reasoning
  • Being able to adapt and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly motivated and a proven self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a marketing campaign management (nice to have) 
  • Hands on experience or familiarity with UI based events tools would be an added advantage
