Who we are looking for: 

As the Senior Optimization and Personalization Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the performance of our digital assets by leveraging Adobe Target and other optimization tools. You'll be responsible for devising and executing a comprehensive optimization strategy aimed at enhancing user experience, increasing site conversions, and achieving business growth objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in driving data-driven decisions, testing hypotheses, and implementing changes to improve our website's overall performance.

What you’ll do: 

  • Execution of Client Work | Develop and execute a data-driven optimization strategy using Adobe Target and other relevant tools to enhance the user experience and drive conversions through web properties. Design and conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses and gather insights for iterative improvements. Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify pain points in the user journey, pinpoint drop-off points, and develop strategies to address these challenges. Regularly analyze and interpret test results, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs to measure the effectiveness of optimization efforts. Monitor and report on the impact of optimization initiatives on key business metrics, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team | Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, content creators, strategists and data analysts, to identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, based on your analysis of website performance and optimization outcomes.
  • Collaborate | With support from project management, work to manage and prioritize a pipeline of optimization projects, ensuring timely execution and effective resource allocation.
  • Learn | Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new features within Adobe Target and related optimization tools.

What you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working with Adobe Target or similar optimization tools to conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, personalization campaigns, and site optimizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers and implement optimization changes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in automotive is a plus.
  • Experience with activating Personalization through CDP across channels is preferred

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
