Our analytics practice uses digital analytics to understand user behavior, customer journeys and perceptions to predict and empower intelligent and relevant digital experiences. We are looking for an Analytics Enablement Manager to lead analytics solutions and development to capture data accurately and efficiently for activation through personalization and conversion optimization.
The Analytics Enablement Manager will lead the team in strategic planning and tactical execution of digital measurement solutions, providing technical solutions to fulfill tracking, personalization, and analytics implementation goals. This role will balance managerial and leadership responsibilities with subject matter expertise in tracking architecture, tag management, conventions and taxonomies, and martech platforms including analytics and digital personalization.
What you do:
- Create and maintain tracking architecture, implementation of tagging, and validation of measurement techniques across client digital properties.
- Interface with clients and various stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide innovative data-driven solutions.
- Author scope documentation and project resource hour estimates.
- Develop tracking architecture for digital initiatives and campaigns, producing technical specifications to provide to analytics developers and other development resources for implementation.
- Identify opportunities to integrate data collection across online and offline measures by leveraging APIs or other solutions.
- Remain current on industry changes, especially related to data privacy regulations.
- Educate clients and other colleagues on how data is collected and processed, and which data may be related to various regional data privacy concerns.
- Advise on digital media and CRM tracking based on experience with Google Marketing Platform, other DSPs, CDPs and SalesForce Marketing Cloud
- Coordinate tag management implementation through Adobe Launch or similar tools.
- Validate tag management releases using debugging tools; experience with QA automation tools, such as ObservePoint a plus.
- Administrate tag management tool including establishing approval processes for release management.
What you need:
- At least 5 years of experience implementing web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Tealium)
- Agency experience supporting multiple clients and scoping preferred.
- Web/app (Javascript, HTML, CSS) development.
- Experience working with APIs and reading vendor documentation.
- Experience authoring implementation and process documentation, such as SDRs, BRDs and milestone roadmap\Experience implementing and using website personalization tools to create customer experiences and tests; SalesForce Marketing Cloud Personalization (fka Interaction Studio) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to identify and adapt to audiences of different technical levels.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Adobe Analytics Developer and Architect certifications preferred.
